Summary

  • Teach workspace worktree prune to repair safe missing-path DMC inventory artifacts after Git prune/refresh.
  • Report path-present stale .git/worktrees marker blockers with evidence and next commands while leaving checkout paths in place for operator review.
  • Update prune CLI rendering and smoke coverage so stale inventory/blocker states no longer collapse into Nothing to prune.

Fixes #698.
